 Learning Objectives:

- Familiarize oneself with the updated ISSVA Classification and corresponding skin findings of the most common vascular malformations and tumors

- Develop a diagnostic imaging strategy for patients with the most common vascular malformations and tumors

- Utilize Interventional Radiology services for the genetic and histologic diagnosis and treatment of vascular malformations and tumors

- Become familiar with the building blocks of a multidisciplinary vascular anomalies clinic

Frederic J. Bertino, MD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology and Director of Pediatric Interventional Radiology at NYU Langone Health/Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Emory University, serving as chief resident; interventional radiology residency at the University of Washington; and pediatric interventional radiology fellowship at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. His clinical and research interests include vascular malformations, venous thromboembolic disease, lymphatic and thoracic duct disorders, and trainee education.
